Alma and RUBIK Properties form joint venture focused on light industrial and warehouse investments in greater Copenhagen.
Alma Property Partners and RUBIK Properties have set up a joint venture focused on light industrial and warehouse investments in Greater Copenhagen. The first two properties in the new joint venture were acquired around year end in the greater Copenhagen area.
Jacob Smergel-Krog, CEO of RUBIK Properties, comments: “It is with great pleasure that we enter into this partnership with Alma Property Partners. We look forward to working with Alma’s local Danish team, and we are focused on adding several attractive light industrial and warehouse properties to the portfolio in 2023.”

At the turn of the year, the joint venture acquired the property Stamholmen 192 in Hvidovre and the property Herstedøstervej 25 in Albertslund. The two properties comprise 3,318 sqm with one lease and 2,990 sqm with four leases, respectively. Stamholmen 192 is fully leased, while Herstedøstervej 25 has a small vacancy. Both properties are in attractive light industrial areas in greater Copenhagen.
Alma Property Partners and RUBIK Properties have been advised by Plesner and KHR, and Colliers has acted as the broker for both transactions.
