Alma Property Partners and RUBIK Properties have set up a joint venture focused on light industrial and warehouse investments in Greater Copenhagen. The first two properties in the new joint venture were acquired around year end in the greater Copenhagen area.
The third asset has now been acquired in Greve south of Copenhagen. The asset comprise 5.354 sqm. and a located at Elektronvej 10 in a larger commercial area in Greater Copenhagen.
