Pleased and grateful to announce that RUBIK Properties gained the trust as local advisor in respect of introducing and facilitating the residential portfolio acquisition in Copenhagen of EUR 174 m. to AXA Investment Management.

The four-asset portfolio of 36,000 sq.m. comprises three newly built residential properties and one forward purchase.

The four properties are all  well-located in the newly developed area Bellakvarter in the Copenhagen district Ørestad City, which is located in the Copenhagen island Amager. The area is immensely popular for residential and commercial purposes. Ørestad City has undergone complete urban regeneration over the past almost two decades and is still under development.
