Goldman Sachs Asset Management and Rubik Properties acquire yet another residential project from Birch Ejendomme

Goldman Sachs Asset Management (“Goldman Sachs”) and Rubik Properties has contracted to acquire another residential project from the developer Birch Ejendomme. The project is located in the regional city Slagelse in Zealand and represents approx. 11,700 sqm of total area, divided into 220 units in total of which 144 are smaller units at 39 sqm on average. The project is the parties’ first transaction concerning property on Zealand and will be DGNB certified. The project is scheduled for completion in 2023. The acquisition comes in continuation of Goldman Sachs’ and Rubik Properties’ recent acquisitions of approximately 1,475 residentiual units across 13 residential projects located in growth cities in Jutland and Zealand.
