Nuveen Real Estate, one of the largest investment managers globally, completes their first investment in Denmark with forward-commitment of 390 micro-living accommodation in central Copenhagen.

We are very pleased to have facilitated Nuveen Real Estate’s first acquisition in Denmark in line with the core business of RUBIK Properties being an operating partner for international investors.

Project Campus will comprise approx. 16,500 sqm of micro-living accommodation, located in the Copenhagen city center next to the University of Copenhagen’s largest campus. In addition to the accommodation, the property will also benefit from a cinema, gym, café and rooftop terraces.
