RUBIK Properties is pleased as SBB’s operating partner in Denmark to have facilitated the acquisition of Biskop Svanes Vej 64 and 69-73 and are looking forward onboarding the properties to SBB’s existing Danish portfolio of now 16 community serviced properties.
The acquisition comprises 6,200 sqm in Birkerød located on Biskop Svanes Vej with “Kriminalforsogens Uddannelsescenter” as the tenant.
The landmark property was constructed in 1892 and has since 2000 been occupied by “Kriminalforsogens Uddannelsescenter”, who recently extended their lease with additional 7 years.
SBB’s strategy is to own and manage community serviced properties (among other schools, elderly care, organizations and offices leased to municipal purposes) in regional cities in Denmark with the aim of increasing their portfolio significantly.
