Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) (“SBB”) acquires a school property just outside central Copenhagen directly from Høje-Taastrup municipality, containing approx. 10 000 sqm lettable area fully let to the municipality and private public funded education providers.
RUBIK Properties is once again pleased to have assisted SBB with this acquisition and are looking forward to onboard the property to the existing SBB portfolio under management.
SBB’s strategy is to own and manage community serviced properties (among other schools, elderly care and municipal offices) in the Nordics and are now targeting regional cities in Denmark as well with the aim of increasing their portfolio significantly.
