Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) (“SBB”) acquires yet another community serviced property of approx. 3 000 sqm lettable area fully let to the municipality of Silkeborg and used for health care purposes.
RUBIK Properties is once again pleased to have assisted SBB with this acquisition and are looking forward to onboard the property to the existing SBB portfolio under management.
SBB’s strategy is to own and manage community serviced properties (among other schools, elderly care and municipal offices) in the Nordics and are targeting regional cities in Denmark with the aim of increasing their portfolio significantly.
