Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) (“SBB”) acquires a community serviced property in Aarhus, Denmark, comprising approx. 1.700 sqm of lettable area fully let to Blue Cross  – a social aid organization that helps socially disadvantaged children, young people and adults in Denmark.

RUBIK Properties is once again pleased to have facilitated this acquisition on behalf of SBB and are looking forward to onboard yet another property to the SBB portfolio under asset management.

SBB’s strategy is to own and manage community serviced properties (among other schools, elderly care and municipal offices) in the Nordics and are targeting regional cities in Denmark with the aim of increasing their portfolio significantly.
