Investment Associate

We are very pleased to welcome Mads-Emil Granzow as Investment Associate at Rubik Properties.

Most recently, Mads-Emil Granzow comes from a position as Senior Associate in the Valuation & Advisory team at Colliers where Mads-Emil primary tasks comprised preparation of detailed market analyzes, valuation and financial modelling as well as advising clients on strategic investment decisions in addition to regular support to the Capital Markets team in preparing sales material and brokering commercial investment properties.

With Rubik Properties Mads-Emil Granzow will be part of the Investment Management team and among others be responsible for valuations, financial modelling and investment proposals as well as involved in real estate transactions to ensure best-in-class Investment Management services for our investor clients.
