    RUBIK Properties is once again pleased as SBB’s operating partner in Denmark to have facilitated the acquisition of Landbrugsvej 12 in Odense and are looking forward onboarding the properties to SBB’s existing Danish portfolio of now 17 community serviced properties.
    The acquisition comprises 3,375 sqm with Odense Municipality as tenant. The property was constructed in 1997 and has been occupied by Odense Municipality since the property was refurbished in 2018. The lease agreement with Odense Municipality runs until end 2039.
    SBB’s strategy is to own and manage community serviced properties (among other schools, elderly care, organizations and offices leased to municipal purposes) in regional cities in Denmark with the aim of increasing their portfolio significantly.
