Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) (“SBB”) acquires their 10th community serviced property in Denmark comprising approx. 5.000 sqm of lettable area fully let to Allerød Private School on a 17-year lease contract and thus used for educational purporses.
RUBIK Properties is once again pleased to have assisted SBB with this acquisition and are looking forward to onboard the property to the existing SBB portfolio under management.
SBB’s strategy is to own and manage community serviced properties (among other schools, elderly care and municipal offices) in the Nordics and are targeting regional cities in Denmark with the aim of increasing their portfolio significantly.
