We have the pleasure as of April 1st to welcome Anders Bahn as our new colleague and Development Director at Rubik Properties.

Anders has been with our industry colleagues from Capital Investment working with construction and development management for more than 6 years as Project Development Manager and before that he among others took up the position as client consultant at the engineering company MOE A/S for more than 4 years.

Anders will take the position as Development Director with RUBIK Properties contributing enhancing value by proactive hands on technical asset management in regards to all of our residential turnkey development projects across Denmark to the benefit of our international investor clients.

RUBIK Properties’ team has bridged international capital and Nordic real estate since 2011 and have more than 30 years of specialized experience working with international investors in the Nordics.
