RUBIK Properties is once again pleased as SBB’s operating partner in Denmark to have contributed with the acquisition of Regimentsvej in Randers which will be onboarded as SBB’s 13 community serviced properties in Danmark.
The acquisition comprise a unique building covering 11,000 sqm located as part of a development area in Randers with Randers Municipality on a 10 year long lease.
SBB’s strategy is to own and manage community serviced properties (among other schools, elderly care, organizations and offices leased to municipal purposes) in regional cities in Denmark with the aim of increasing their portfolio significantly.
