We have the pleasure as of May 3rd to welcome Güney Akdogan as our new colleague and Investment Manager at Rubik Properties.

Güney has been part of the Valuation and Capital Market department at Colliers International and prior to that at Sadolin & Albæk working with financial valuations of all types of investments, preparation of financial models and information memorandums as well as consultancy of clients.

With Rubik Properties Güney will take the position as Investment Manager contributing sourcing and assessing real estate investments, conducting investment proposals and completing acquisitions across Denmark to the benefit of our international investor clients.

RUBIK Properties’ team has bridged international capital and Nordic real estate since 2011 and have more than 30 years of specialized experience working with international investors in the Nordics.
